We liked the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of dishes. The staff was pleasant, courteous.

We lovely spend 1 night in Charlotte. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a fridge in the room, ideal location. Its personnel was professional and helpful, no complaints.

I loved the exceptional location, the well-kept room and VERY PLEASANT staff. The venue was close to Charlotte downtown. The breakfast was hot and reasonably priced, all in all food was lovely.

Generous breakfast with plenty of options, reasonably priced and reasonably clean place. Easy check-in and efficient service. I liked that there were no problems with Wi-Fi throughout the property. You guys made my stay outstanding.

Thank you for a really amazing stay and a first-rate service. Good hot breakfast, nice pool, outstanding stuff. Big bed, soundproof and bright room. The hotel is in a super position and the airport is 0.5 miles away.

Service and food were awsome, overall the hotel was special and spotlessly clean. Spacious bedrooms and clean pool. Bright lobby. Besides, wifi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

The whole experience was very pleasant, no complains at all, would recommend. We got 1 night in this hotel, loved it. Newly remodelled, carpeted room with double beds. There also was free parking and lovely pool.

This venue had a superb lobby. Satisfactory breakfast, exceptional service. Immaculately clean and brand new hotel in Downtown Charlotte district. Furthermore, we were down the street.

Lovely base for 1 night in Charlotte, beautifully designed hotel. Overall clean room and luxurious bathroom. Quiet location, great services and comfy bed. The pool was very clean and the garden - beautiful.

The place was great, we really enjoyed it. Furthermore, the Wi Fi was available most of the time. There's Carolina Ale House with nice shots really close to the venue.
